Yes you can continue to apply, especially for business credit cards. For a business line of credit... some banks are "ucc sensitive" and some are not. The ones that are will tell you it's an issue.

iPostal is a good option for "mailing address" but not as great as a main "business address" / "physical address" for your business. It's a roll of the dice but using them as main address can get you flagged.

Definitely open the business checking account first.

They did not put an end to no doc loans for small business loans, lines of credit and business credit cards. They've done it for years even through the great recession of 2007 - 2010 and through covid. They still offer them now. Banks will always have programs for their livelihood (entrepreneurs). But changes will happen often. That's why I share how to find banks at your convenience at the end of the video. So you know the technique to find banks as things change. For Truist - open the account first. Network with the VP of lending. It is up to them to ask for a transcript (the document you're referencing) or even sometimes ask for page 1 of your return. Other times it is no doc. It really depends on your presentation and what you offer. Some of the other banks on the other hand still offer no doc without asking you to go through extra steps. We study what's called a lenders "mood". Based on that will adjust how easy or not it is to get funded. That's why I have so much more training on the topic. Go meet with the banks. Open accounts and talk things out. It's better than getting conflicting advice online. All these banks I shared I have case studies of myself or people in my network getting approved. Truist is still a good option.

No Doc means you don't have to show tax returns. Its a lot easier to work with no doc lenders because you don't have to show extensive financials. So it just comes down to the definition of no doc.

No just a few weeks. Wait long enough to have your business checking account online logins and debit cards. This is just a rule of thumb. You do not have to wait that long at all.

That is normal actually. And a lot of items show $50. You can get the free dnb login to see more details but this is the reason I teach to just focus on number of reporting, positive tradelines.

Navy FCU let's you transfer it right to your business checking account as cash. Then you can access it as you see fit. Use the transfer button and it's up to $30K

You can use your home address and add a suite. It will not be a problem to get funding with a business based on home address. It is a misconception that you cannot get funding if you use your home address. For an office address - I use shared offices. Think about lawyers, realtors, title companies. They all have empty space and will cut really good deals! And yes this is what I cover in more detail on our ch and in our training too.

I would not recommend buying business tradelines. You can get approved for the same $100k no doc business line of credit with a net 30 tradeline from Quill or even NAV. No need to encumber your business with fake tradelines and liens.

You could but most people do one at a time and have the card in hand before applying for the 2nd product. You can always call customer service (more than once to get a good feel) and talk it out.
